How long does shipping take?

If the product is in stock, your order will be shipped within 24–48 hours. If the product is not in stock, delivery may take between 3–14 days depending on availability.

Do you ship outside of Europe?

Currently, we only ship within the European Union.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over €150. For orders under €150, the shipping cost depends on your location and is calculated at checkout.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

Yes. We provide a return label, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.

What are the return conditions?

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Do you sell used sneakers?

No. All products listed are brand new and in deadstock condition.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible.

What if my size is not available?

If your size is listed as out of stock, you can still place the order. Our team will source the pair for you, verify its authenticity, and ship it within approximately 3–14 days.

Are your sizes in EU or US?

All sizes on our website are listed in EU sizing. Please refer to our size guide for conversions.
