At MassiveKicks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Returns are not accepted for worn or used items, or for items without original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Return labels will be provided by MassiveKicks. However, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount depends on your location and shipping method.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at massivekickeu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and send you the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. The refund will be issued within 3–5 business days, minus the cost of the return shipping label.
